Partner program terms

A partner may be a company or a sole trader, or a private person: a hotel, a vehicle rental, a guide, a blogger, a travel agency.

The Company registers a partner after an application and agreement on the terms. The partner gets access to the personal account through a one-time link and sets the password themselves.

The partner receives a personal link and a QR code. A client who follows the link is attributed to the partner for 30 days. If within that time the client follows another partner’s link, new requests are attributed to the last of them.

A client who contacts us by phone or messenger is attributed to the partner if they give the partner’s code to the manager before the booking is made.

A booking attributed to a partner stays with them even if the partner’s code changes.

The commission is set individually and shown in the personal account: a percentage of the Company’s margin on the booking (the difference between the client’s payment and the provider’s price for the service) or a fixed amount per client. Separate terms may apply to particular excursions.

The commission is calculated in whole Thai baht, rounded down.

• after the client pays for the booking, the commission is shown as “Pending”;
• after the excursion has taken place, the commission is confirmed and the amount is fixed;
• if the booking is cancelled or the payment is refunded, no commission is earned.

Payouts are made twice a month: for the 1st–15th — on the date shown in the personal account, for the 16th to the end of the month — at the start of the next month. An amount below the minimum is carried over to the next period.

The payout is made to the details the partner has given in the personal account. After the details are changed, the Company may contact the partner to confirm them, and the payout may be delayed.

If a booking is cancelled or the payment is refunded to the client after the commission has been paid out, the amount is deducted from the next payouts. Every deduction is shown in the account with its reason.

The partner pays taxes on the commission received themselves.

• sending the link without the recipients’ consent (spam);
• posing as the Company or misleading clients about the prices and terms of excursions;
• using the Company’s name and trademarks in paid search advertising without written approval;
• making bookings for oneself or one’s staff for the sake of the commission;
• artificially inflating clicks on the link.

In the event of a violation the Company may block the partner and withhold the commission on the bookings connected with the violation.

In the personal account the partner sees the client’s first name and the initial of the surname, the excursion, the date and the booking status. Clients’ phone numbers and other contacts are not passed to the partner. Information about clients that becomes known to the partner must not be passed to third parties.

The Company may change the commission and these terms. Changes do not affect the commission on bookings made before the change.

The partner may end participation by telling the manager. Confirmed commission is paid in the next payout.
