This policy covers the website phuket-tours24.com and the correspondence that starts with a request sent through it.

Data you enter yourself in the booking form or the review form:

• your name or how to address you;
• your phone number and the messenger you prefer to be answered in;
• your email — if you leave it with a review;
• the preferred date, the number of adults and children, a comment on the request;
• the review text, the rating, the booking number and any photos you attach.

Data the website receives automatically:

• the page the request was sent from and the advertising campaign tags (UTM);
• the IP address — used only to limit how often forms are sent and not stored with the request;
• anonymised visit statistics: pages, traffic source, device type.

The website does not ask for or store passport details, payment details or bank card data.

Data from a request is used only to contact you, choose a program, book it with a partner and answer questions about the trip.

A review is published on the website after moderation: the name, rating, text, date and attached photos are shown. The email and the booking number are not published — they are needed to match the review with the trip.

Visit statistics are used anonymously, to understand which pages are useful and to fix those that work poorly.

We send no newsletters and do not upload request data to advertising services.

A request goes to the Company’s manager in a working Telegram chat — an internal channel, not a public one.

The name, phone, date and group size are passed to the partner running the chosen program: without them the booking cannot be confirmed. The partner receives only what the trip requires.

Technical providers whose services the website uses: hosting (VPS), Telegram as the channel that delivers requests, Google Maps for reviews and the map, web analytics systems.

Data is passed to government authorities only on a lawful request. To anyone else — and certainly for sale or advertising — never.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies:

• technical ones — they remember that you closed the cookie notice and keep the form session;
• analytics ones — they count visits anonymously.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Technical cookies cannot be turned off without losing some functions: without them the website will not remember your choice.

Request data is kept in the manager’s correspondence until the trip is over and for one more year — in case of a claim or a repeat booking.

A published review is kept while it is published: on your request it is deleted together with its photos.

Anonymised statistics are kept by the analytics services for their own periods and are not linked to a specific person.

At any time you may:

• find out what data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• withdraw your consent to processing and ask for the data to be deleted;
• ask for a published review to be deleted.

To do so, write to office@phuket-tours24.com from the address or number you gave us, or on WhatsApp / Telegram +66 80 660 2999. We reply within 12 hours during working hours and fulfil the request within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out and does not cancel obligations under a booking that has already been confirmed.

The website runs over HTTPS; access to the database and the control panel is password-protected and limited to Company staff.

No transfer of data over the internet is absolutely secure, so please do not send us in a request or a review anything we do not ask for: document scans, payment details, passwords.

The website is not intended for use by children on their own. Data about a child (the number of children, their age) is given by the adult booking the trip, and only as far as needed to price the program and keep it safe.

The Company may change this policy: the new version applies from its publication on the website. The date of the last change is shown in this document — if the changes are significant, we announce them on the page.

If you do not agree with the policy, do not send a request through the website: write to us at office@phuket-tours24.com and we will discuss another way.
