Refund and cancellation policy

All bookings are confirmed in writing (via messengers or email). Payment is made directly to the service provider (the tour operator, the yacht owner) after the booking is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise. This policy applies to all services presented on phuket-tours24.com, regardless of who actually provides them (the partner operator).

Group excursions

One-day programs

Cancellation: Cancellation 24 hours ahead - full refund Less than 24 hours ahead - no refund

Cancellation or rescheduling due to illness

All programs

Cancellation: With a certificate from a Phuket hospital provided no later than 15:00 on the day of the excursion - full refund

Exceptions: the Similan Islands, air tours, Cheow Lan Lake 2 days - no refund even with a hospital certificate Two-day programs - 50% refund

Rescheduling: With a certificate from a Phuket hospital provided no later than 15:00 on the day of the excursion - possible at no extra cost

Exceptions: two-day programs - rescheduling possible with a 50% fee

Important! Rescheduling is possible only for the person who fell ill, or for a child and one adult.

We reserve the right to cancel an excursion or a rental in the event of:

• Adverse weather (a storm, strong wind, a ban on going to sea by the DMCR — Thailand’s Department of Marine and Coastal Resources)
• A technical failure of the vessel or vehicle
• Other force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, park closures, etc.)

In such cases: An alternative date is offered Or a full 100% refund is made within 3 working days

If you used a service partly (for example, went to sea but returned early), no refund is provided, except in cases of:

• A serious breach of the terms (for example, the promised Russian-speaking guide was absent, or an illegal unlicensed vessel was used).
• A threat to safety.

All claims are considered individually. To file a claim, send photos/videos and a description of the situation to office@phuket-tours24.com within 48 hours after the end of the service.
