  • Are you an official company or a reseller?

    We hold a TAT licence from the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The scan is on this page, and the number can be checked in the authority’s register. We sell excursions directly from operators we work with ourselves.

  • Is the price on the site final?

    Yes. It already includes the hotel transfer both ways, national park fees, meals as per the program and insurance. You will not pay anything extra on the spot — if something is not included, the excursion description says so.

  • What happens if an excursion is cancelled because of the weather?

    In a storm the sea is closed for everyone — it is the harbour authority’s decision, not the operator’s. In that case we move the trip to another date or refund the full amount: your choice.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

    Yes. If your plans change, the booking can be cancelled or moved under the terms of the chosen excursion. All deadlines and refund terms are on the «Refund policy» page.

  • How safe is it on the water?

    Life jackets for every passenger, a first-aid kit and communication equipment on board, and a crew trained in safety. Life insurance from 100,000 dollars is included in the price.

  • Is the excursion in my language?

    Our guides accompany Russian-speaking groups throughout the trip, and our managers in Phuket answer in English and Russian in messengers around the clock.

  • Is the trip suitable for children?

    Yes, many excursions suit families with children. Each program lists its duration, route and activity level. Not sure? Send us the children’s ages and we will help you choose.

  • How do booking and payment work?

    You send a request, a manager confirms the date and sends a voucher — usually within 15 minutes. You can pay any convenient way and in different currencies, including on the spot by agreement.
